Use case
Grip Strength Tracker
Track grip strength with Gripp. Record dynamometer readings, monitor left vs right hand, log personal bests across every movement, and get a Gripp Score adjusted for age and bodyweight.
Grip Strength Tracker
Gripp is a complete grip strength measurement system. Dynamometer readings, six categories of personal best, a training calendar, streak tracking, and a proprietary Gripp Score give you the full picture of where your grip strength is and where it is going.
Log Personal Bests Across Six Grip Categories
Gripp tracks personal bests across Timed Hang, Timed Side Hang (left and right hand separately), Weighted Timed Hang, Weighted Timed Movement, Gripper Resistance, and Grip Reps. Every record includes the timestamp, equipment used, and the source session — so you can trace any performance back to the exact challenge that produced it. Full PB history is maintained for every category, showing every new record and by how much you improved.
Record Dynamometer Readings for Absolute Strength Tracking
Enter separate left and right hand peak force readings from any standard hand dynamometer and Gripp builds a chronological history of your absolute grip strength. Drops in dynamometer readings are a reliable early signal of accumulated fatigue and recovery deficit. Your readings also feed into the global leaderboards, placing your force production in the context of what other grip athletes achieve.
See Your Consistency on the Gripp Calendar
The Gripp Calendar displays training activity as bubbles scaled by daily session volume, making consistency patterns immediately visible. Current and longest streak tracking rewards consecutive daily training. The stats dashboard consolidates total hang time, total sessions, and last activity date into a single view — the data that tells the full story of your training behaviour, not just your peak performance.
